DELIVERY NOTICE

My Sweet Spot only delivers within the Columbus, Georgia area unless discussed and approved otherwise prior to ordering. Orders placed outside of the delivery area may be canceled or require additional delivery fees.

  • By placing an order with My Sweet Spot, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
  • Orders & Payments
  • All orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Custom orders may require advance notice and a deposit depending on the size and complexity of the order.
  • Delivery & Pickup
  • Single-item orders are subject to a $5 delivery fee. Treat boxes and larger orders have a $3 delivery fee, though pricing may vary depending on delivery distance.
  • Pickup orders will be arranged at a designated pickup location provided after purchase.
  • My Sweet Spot is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Refunds & Cancellations
  • Due to the nature of baked goods and made-to-order products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once an order has been prepared or delivered.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact My Sweet Spot within 24 hours of receiving your items so we can work to resolve the issue.
  • Allergen Information
  • My Sweet Spot is a nut-free business due to the owner having a severe nut allergy. No peanuts, tree nuts, or nut-based ingredients are used in any products.
  • While every effort is made to maintain a nut-free environment, customers with severe allergies should still use personal discretion when ordering.

  • Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

    • Milk

    • Eggs

    • Wheat

    • Soy

    • Customers are responsible for informing My Sweet Spot of any additional allergy concerns before placing an order.

    Availability

    Flavor selections, toppings, and menu items are subject to availability. My Sweet Spot reserves the right to substitute ingredients or cancel unavailable items when necessary.

    Limitation of Liability

    My Sweet Spot is committed to providing quality desserts and excellent service. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions, damages, losses, or issues resulting from the consumption or misuse of our products.

    Acceptance of Terms

    By placing an order through My Sweet Spot, social media, or direct communication, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia.
